President
Dear Culinary Friends,
The Hong Kong Chefs Association (HKCA), the premier source of culinary and technical information for the food industry in Hong Kong, is a growing professional association, with approximately 400 paying members including chefs, food scientists, food technologists, suppliers, distributors and related food industry professionals, as well as 2500 non paying people with interest in our organization. The HKCA is committed to the advancement of the culinary arts and food science. The association provides the chef an opportunity and a forum for professional and educational development and exchange of information.
Our Members manage kitchens at Hotels, Clubs, In-flight Kitchens, Theme Parks, Food Factory's, Caterers and Educational Facilities. We provide our members here with an educational platform of culinary trends, ideas, information and experience for our enjoyment.
Since our establishment of the HKCA back in 1991, we promote and advance friendly relations between and among persons within kitchen management. We look forward to working with any Hospitality Affiliates, Individuals and Members that could enrich the Hong Kong Chefs Association.
Anyone who pursues his profession with passion is usually also interested in sharing with colleagues. As such, I would like to invite you to participate in the betterment of the Association.
We would like to hear from you, be part of our team and be part of a team who is dedicated to pave the ways to many young chefs who will be the next generation in the culinary field of Hong Kong.
