HKICC & HOFEX Press Realease

For Immediate Release

HKICC is READY for its 8th Edition

Co-organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Association, this world-class culinary competition welcomes over 500 top chefs and F&B professionals from around the world to compete and honour the best of the best. This 4-day competition invites over 80 judges to oversee the seven competition categories which includes Western Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Pastry, Live Bakery Competition, Live Pastry Competition (NEW), Ice Carving and The Gourmet Team Challenge.  

A place fit for the King of the kitchens

Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) is READY for more exciting & entertaining LIVE culinary competition. Co-organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Associations (HKCA), 2009 will definitely raise the profile for HKICC with over 500 chefs from around the region participating in this internationally acclaimed competition.
 

This year, the competition consists of 7 main specialised categories ranging from Western Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Pastry, Live Bakery Competition, Live Pastry Competition (NEW), Ice Carving and the Gourmet Team Challenge. 

HKICC invites young and talented chefs from restaurants, clubs, hotels and catering institutions to participate in this international culinary competition.
